This project conducted Paired-end (PE) sequencing on Illumina platform using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) to reveal mechanism of loquat flavor formation on triploid and diploid loquats. The materials were 'Changbai No.1'(diploid), 'Wuhe Zaoyu' and 'Huayu Wuhe 1'(triploid) loquats.This project will broaden the knowledge of ripening related genes in loquat and provide new insights into flavor mechanism and high-quality breeding of loquat fruit.
