We used spatially resolved RNA sequencing (srRNA-seq) to identify trabecular osteoblast cell stress response pathway to misfolding of type I procollagen with Gly610->Cys substitution in the triple helical region of alpha2(I) chain (trabecular region of proximal tibia adjacent to the growth plate). Cryosections of fresh frozen proximal tibia were examined by srRNASeq as described in Gorrell et al, Adv Sci, 2022
