VEPs non-human primates: Rembado I., Ravan M, et al. (2026), Cortical potentials evoked by stimulation of cervical vagus vs. auricular nerve: A comparative, parametric study in nonhuman primates

The matlab file VEPs.mat contains the raw epoched vagal evoked potentials for all the subjects. The description of its fields is in the world file log_data_structure VEPs.The excel file VNS_3Zscore_three_components.xlsx contained the processed data used to generate the main figures of the paper and used in the linear mixed-effects model (LMM) shown in the manuscript. For each component (Fast, Med, Slow; refered to in the manuscript as Early, Intemediate and Late), we reported the raw amplitude (Amp_Y), the Z-scored amplitude (Amp_Z), and the latency from stimulation onset (Latency_Y) for the component exceeding 3 STD the baseline and considered as a response elicited by the intervention.
