This dataset contains the experimental used in our study on modeling high-gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) for human immunoglobulin G (hIgG) purification. The data supports the development and validation of mechanistic models that predict magnetic particle (MP) behavior, pH dynamics, and hIgG elution. Key datasets include:
1. Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) Data: Measurement of MP size distribution and hydrodynamic diameters under varying conditions.
