This dataset contains the experimental used in our study on modeling high-gradient magnetic separation (HGMS) for human immunoglobulin G (hIgG) purification. The data supports the development and validation of mechanistic models that predict magnetic particle (MP) behavior, pH dynamics, and hIgG elution. Key datasets include: 1. Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) Data: Measurement of MP size distribution and hydrodynamic diameters under varying conditions. 2. hIgG Quantification Data: Data from high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and UV-absorbance methods for determining hIgG concentration throughout the HGMS process. 3. Isotherm Measurements: Small-scale adsorption and desorption isotherms to determine Langmuir binding parameters. 4. Online Monitoring Data: Data from in-line sensors capturing pH, UV-absorbance, conductivity, and MP concentration dynamics during the RS-HGMS process. 5.
