exome-capture sequencing raw reads of Picea abies, P. obovata and putative introgressed individuals between the two species

We exome-capture sequenced 141 individuals of Picea abies, P. obovata, and putative introgressed individuals in Western Russia and Fennoscandia to investigate the population admixture and demographic history of these tree species. The study mainly focused on the large hybrid zone formed by the two species in Western Siberian Plain. Exome-capture sequencing was performed using 40,000 probes targeting on ~20,000 genes of P. abies.
