The attached file has all the data used in the change-point and MAR manuscripts. The first sheet "variables" has the estimated values for each variable, the second sheet "SEs" the standard errors. The 3rd sheet has definitions and some explanations - tables in the MAR manuscript probably supersede these. The final sheet "Changepoint covariate matrix" is a matrix indicating which variables were candidates in the variable selection models in change-point (this info and related MAR info is in the manuscripts).
