AI4US supporting data and reviewer caches for physics-informed spectrum-aware inverse design of large ultrasonic transducer arrays

This archive contains supporting numerical data and reviewer-facing processed caches for the manuscript “Physics-informed spectrum-aware inverse design of large PMUT arrays”. The package includes exported inverse-design results, surrogate and cross-check metrics, FEM-validation CSV files and metadata, together with processed ROI10 response and point-set radial-spectrum caches that support reviewer-side reproduction of the main 300,000-sample surrogate-training and evaluation workflows. The archive does not include the full raw MATLAB analytical-generation chunks (~176 GB), COMSOL .mph model files or multi-gigabyte trained tree-ensemble binaries. These large raw artifacts are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request, subject to storage, transfer and software-licence constraints. The companion code repository is currently private during peer review and will be made public before publication after patent and institutional licence review.
