资源简介:
This data set contains functional calcium imaging recordings from mice CA1 hippocampal region. We tracked the concurrent calcium dynamics of hundreds of CA1 pyramidal neurons in 12 mice (151-497 neurons per session, median 235; a total of 27,898 neurons over 110 sessions) that ran back and forth on a 120-cm-long linear track to collect a water reward. The behavioral sessions lasted around 20 min where animals performed between 150 to 380 runs on the track per session. Animals could not obtain rewards twice on the same side of the track, so they were forced to alternate by the behavioral box computer control. Using our event detection algorithm, we quantified CA1 neurons’ calcium activity responses from the raw calcium trace. We convolved each event trace with the function (t)=(t/)(1-t/), where =0.2s sampled at 20Hz from t = 0.05 to 1.5s. This convolution simulates a spike burst from each calcium event. Noise correlations in neural ensemble activity limit the accuracy of hippocampal spatial representations. Omer Hazon, Victor H. Minces, David P. Tomàs, Surya Ganguli, Mark J. Schnitzer, Pablo E.
