In this study, endophytic Bacillus cereus LSE01 , isolated from the stem of Solanum nigrum L. and inactivated after high temperature treatment, was used as inoculant to study the effects of inactivated LSE01 (HT_B) on the growth and development of lettuce. The aim is to develop a new biofertilizer which is safe, effective and free of secondary pollution to solve the problem of agricultural sustainable development. Changes in microbial community structure of lettuce endosphere and plant reveal the mechanism of influence.
