The single cell RNA sequencing of adenomyosis and the NF-kB pathway mediates the improvement of endometrial receptivity in adenomyosis treated by HIFU therapy.

Five patients provided RNA-eligible samples both pre- and post-HIFU, with ages ranging from 30 to 40 years and disease durations of 0-5 years. Transcriptome sequencing was performed on these samples to compare gene expression profiles before and after HIFU. Quality assessment via Venn diagrams and sample correlation analysis confirmed high reproducibility and biological consistency across replicates. Differential expression analysis revealed 5,827 differentially expressed genes (2,780 downregulated, 3,047 upregulated).
