Data for: Marine volatile organic compounds air-sea exchange dynamics across a summer-to-autumn ecosystem transition

This deposit contains the processed datasets underlying the results, figures, and supplementary tables reported in the manuscript above: continuous PTR-TOF-MS eddy-covariance VOC mixing-ratio and flux measurements at Utö Island, Baltic Sea (20 July – 8 September 2024), together with the co-located meteorological, hydrographic, and phytoplankton (IFCB) data used as predictors in the redundancy analysis and Lasso regression reported in the paper; the exact plotted values for both figures are provided in full as source data.
