Transcriptome of autohexaploid Camellia oleifera cultivar Changlin40

Oil-Camellia (Camellia oleifera), belonging to the Theaceae family Camellia, is an important woody edible and industrial oil tree species. Here, for the expression atlas sequencing of autohexaploid Camellia oleifera cultivar Changlin40, diverse tissues, including stem, leaves, flower, and zygotic embryo with different development stages, representing the major organ systems were collected and sequenced using PacBio and Illumina platforms.
