為履行瀕臨絕種野生動植物國際貿易公約（以下簡稱CITES，華盛頓公約），確保野生動植物之國際貿易不會危害到物種的生存，我國制定「瀕臨絕種動植物及其產製品輸出入管理辦法」，公告列管物種範圍，並依該辦法規定進出口人輸出入公告列管之物種，應檢附出口國核發CITES許可文件。本資料集提供我國104~105年核發之CITES許可文件，包括核發年度、證書號碼、物種學名、進出口別、出口國家、進口國家、數量、數量單位資料。To fulfill the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (hereinafter referred to as CITES, also known as the Washington Convention), and ensure that international trade in wild animals and plants does not jeopardize the survival of their respective species, China's Taiwan region has enacted the Management Regulations for the Import and Export of Endangered Animals, Plants and Their Products, announced the scope of species under regulatory control, and stipulated in accordance with these regulations that any importer or exporter engaging in the import or export of the announced controlled species shall submit the CITES permit documents issued by the exporting country. This dataset provides the CITES permit documents issued by China's Taiwan region during the 104th and 105th years of the Republic of China calendar (corresponding to 2015 and 2016), including the issuing year, certificate number, scientific name of the species, import/export category, exporting country, importing country, quantity, and quantity unit.
