Sequencing of mouse pancreatic cancer tumour samples

In this study, C57BL/6 mice were used as a model. Panc02 cells (a pancreatic cancer cell line) were subcutaneously inoculated, and four days later, the mice were immunized every week for three consecutive times with an exosome-based self-assembling neoantigen DNA vaccine, pCSP. The control group was immunized with an empty plasmid. The mice were sacrificed three weeks after the final immunization, and RNA was extracted from tumor tissues for subsequent analysis. Paired-end 150 bp (PE150) sequencing was performed on the Illumina NovaSeq platform. The study aims to systematically evaluate, using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) systematically, the impact of pCSP vaccination on the expression of immune-related factors in the tumor microenvironment of mice, thereby exploring its potential antitumor mechanisms.
