Lipidomics of Orientia - investigation of lipids from different bacterial cell lines.
E Coli and R. typhi are used as control groups.
Aim is to pick up Orientia specific lipids which could be used as biomarkers.
Extraction by LLE in MTBE/MeOH/H2O - polar extracts will be analysed later.
