To explore the underlying mechanisms and identify its main BACs of HBF against myocardial injury.The discovery and validation clusters were respectively used for gene expression profiling and experimental validation. In the discovery cluster: 9 mice were randomly divided into three groups: (1) normal control group (Control), (2) Adriamycin-induced model group (ADR), (3) HBF treatment group (HBF) [3 per group for transcriptome sequencing]. In brief, the mice were injected intraperitoneally with 6mg/kg of ADR solution in sterile normal saline on days 1, 3, 5. Mice in the control group were injected with equal volume of saline. On the same day, drug treatments were initiated and continued for a week.
