Using RNAseq to identify differentially expressed transcripts between CBFB wild type (WT) and knockout (KO) or between RUNX1 wild type (WT) and knockout (KO) MCF10A cells. Overall design: Three repeats for CBFB KO and CBFB WT MCF10A cells. Four repeats for RUNX1 KO and RUNX1 WT MCF10A cells. One CBFB KO clone (#751) and two RUNX1 KO clones (5008 and 5010) were used.
