We explored the effects of high expression of interferon-inducible protein 6 in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on the gene expression profiles of acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells. The human acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cell lines RS4;11 were obtained from the Laboratory of Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Center of Guizhou Province and were cultured in an RPMI-1640 medium. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs) were isolated from bone marrow aspirates of ALL patients and were cultured in the complete medium of adult BM-MSCs (Saiye, Shanghai, China). RS4;11 cell lines (n=3) co-cultured with MSCs transfected with empty vector (EV) or MSCs transfected with interferon-inducible protein 6 (IFI6) overexpression clone lentiviral particle (LV-IFI6) for 72 h were collected, respectively. Then RNA sequencing analyses were performed on RS4;11 cell lines in the two groups.
