Please find attached the files containing the fluorescence data STAT2 images. Each line in the Excel file correspond to one cell. For each cell, you will find the following informations: Time post-infection in hours (-> "Time" column) Viral strain used to infect the cell (-> "Virus" column) Virulence of the strain used to infect the cell (-> "Virulence" column) Mean of the STAT2 fluorescence in the nucleus (-> "STAT2_nucleus_mean" column) Mean of the STAT2 fluorescence in the cytoplasm (-> "STAT2_cytoplasm_mean" column) Mean of the total STAT2 fluorescence (-> "STAT2_total_mean" column) Mean of the p72 fluorescence in the nucleus (-> "p72_nucleus_mean" column) Mean of the p72 fluorescence in the cytoplasm (-> "p72_cytoplasm_mean" column) Mean of the total p72 fluorescence (-> "p72_total_mean" column) The cell area (-> "Cell_Area" column) Mean of the total DAPI fluorescence (-> "DAPI_total_mean" column) The ratio between nucleus area and cytoplasm area (-> "Nucleus.Cell.area.ratio" column) The ratio between nucleus and cytoplasm fluorescence signal of STAT2 (-> "STAT2.NCr.mean")
