Main characteristics of included randomized controlled trials (Sleep disturbances)

Using a data extraction form that included relevant information, two independent researchers collected the following data from each included study: (1) basic information, including first author, country, and year of publication, (2) participant characteristics, including mean (standard deviations) age, sample size, and percentage of males, (3) intervention and control, (4) outcome measures, and (5) time point.
