Between the seasons 2010/2011 and 2018/2019, the depreciations and amortizations' expenditures recorded by the Italian professional soccer's sector increased, peaking at 23 percent of the total expenditure as of 2018/2019. Moreover, the share of employee costs stayed rather stable throughout the seasons considered, reaching 50 percent in 2018/2019.
