资源简介:
This study aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying the hepatoprotective effects of Enterococcus faecalis JM263 in yaks fed a high-concentrate diet (HCD). Yaks were divided into two groups: a control group fed an HCD (concentrate-to-forage ratio of 7:3) and a treatment group fed the HCD supplemented with Enterococcus faecalis JM263. Following the feeding trial, liver tissues were collected for total RNA extraction. RNA-seq libraries were constructed and sequenced on the Illumina platform to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and enriched pathways. The dataset provides insights into how the probiotic intervention modulates hepatic gene expression to alleviate HCD-induced stress and improve liver function.
