2. Host mitochondrial matrix - concatenated matrix of 12 mitochondrial genes (NA) extracted from 12 mitochondrial genomes of hippoboscids (analyzed by IQ-TREE2) in a fasta format
3. Host COI matrix - phylogenetic matrix of COI mitochondrial gene (NA) of 63 taxa of hippoboscids (analyzed by IQ-TREE2) in a fasta format
4. Host nuclear matrix - concatenated matrix of 4 genes (NA) extracted from 10 nuclear genomes of hippoboscids (analyzed by IQ-TREE2) in a fasta format
