Statistical analyses and datasets for “Multitaxon assessment reveals inconsistent biodiversity responses to forest structural complexity in temperate forests”

This repository contains the complete dataset and analysis scripts accompanying the study “Multitaxon assessment reveals inconsistent biodiversity responses to forest structural complexity in temperate forests.”The data originate from 19 mature forest plots located between Ghent and Brussels (Flanders, Belgium) and form part of the FORESTER project at Ghent University. The study investigated whether structurally more complex forests support greater species richness and higher multidiversity across taxonomic and functional groups.
