Multi-b diffusion-weighted MRI region-of-interest signal decays with Gleason-grade labels for prostate tissue characterization
收藏资源简介:
Multi-b diffusion-weighted MRI region-of-interest signal decays with Gleason-grade labels for prostate tissue characterization. This dataset provides region-of-interest (ROI)-averaged diffusion-weighted MRI signal decays and corresponding tissue and Gleason-grade labels for prostate cancer characterization. ROI-mean signal is given at 15 b-values (0–3500 s/mm², extended range, 250 s/mm² steps) for 56 patients and 149 ROIs (40 tumor, 109 normal, spanning the peripheral and transition zones). Each record contains the ROI-mean signal per b-value, the voxel count, the anatomical region, and the histopathological Gleason grade. The data contain no patient-identifying information — no names, ages, dates, or demographics. The data are provided as a single CSV file (signal_decays.csv) with an accompanying data dictionary (DATA_README.md). These data accompany a study by Remerscheid, Wells, and Maier that reconstructs Bayesian diffusivity spectra from multi-b diffusion MRI; they also serve as a compact, ready-to-use benchmark for multi-exponential, inverse–Laplace, and other diffusion-spectrum estimation methods. The full inference, classification, and figure-generation code is available at https://github.com/PaWeRe/spectra-estimation-dMRI. The underlying imaging cohort was acquired under an institutional review board–approved protocol and is described by Langkilde et al., Magnetic Resonance in Medicine 2018;79(4):2346–2358 (doi:10.1002/mrm.26831).
