The country is divided in a 100mx100m grid, with each cell containing a score from 0 to 5, where 0 is low enablement score and 5 signifies highly enabling environments.Developed by the World Bank, GeoE3 (The Geospatial Enabling Environments for Employment Spatial Tool) is a powerful and user-friendly open-source spatial mapping tool that enables a comprehensive analysis of how various spatial factors influence employment and business opportunities. GeoE3 employs a Multicriteria Evaluation framework, the Geospatial Women’s Employment Analytical Framework (GeoWEAF), which integrates 15 critical spatial factors that shape women’s employment prospects. These factors are categorized into three key dimensions: Contextual (CD), Accessibility (AD), and Place Characterization (PD). It supports nuanced understanding of the spatial dynamics affecting women’s employment outcomes, enabling the formulation of targeted interventions to promote gender equality in the workforce.
