Cut and Run analysis for H3K27me3 in BMT stress HSPCs from control and Jmjd3 cKO mice

JMJD3 is a demethylase for histone H3K27. JMJD3 deficiency leads attenuation of repopulating activity in HSC. To explore the genome-wide distribution of H3K27me3 peaks following JMJD3 deficiency, we performed cut and run analysis with H3K27me3 antibody in BMT stress HSPCs from control and Jmjd3 cKO mice. We identified JMJD3-regulatory regions by the demethylase activity.
