Salt marsh microbes in response to tidal restoration

We sequenced ITS and 16S rRNA gene from salt marsh sediments cross three habitats before and after tidal restoration in a study spanning three years.本研究历时三年，针对三种生境的盐沼沉积物，在潮汐修复实施前后采集样本，并对其内转录间隔区（Internal Transcribed Spacer, ITS）及16S核糖体RNA基因（16S rRNA gene）进行了测序。
