The purpose of this study was to evaluate the transcriptomics changes in adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSC) and an in vitro model of umbilical cord blood cells (UCB) exposed to biosimilar and innovative G-CSF (Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor) for the comparison of molecular targets impacted by both drugs. The institutional Ethics Committee of the Hospital Militar Central approved this study under the code 2013-049 (Bogotá – Colombia) and all samples were obtained with written informed consent.
