The WFD groundwater bodies dataset is based on national delineation of groundwater bodies which was held in 2004 and actualized in 2011. In order to fulfill the requirements of 2016 WFD reporting the coordinate system was changed, small geometric as well as topological adjustments were performed and the attribute structure was changed. This dataset was created for the purposes of Water Framework Directive: River Basin Management Plans - 2016 Reporting
