We isolated CD8+ T cells from lung metastasis tissues generated in a mouse tail vein model, and then collected the cells with or without Xu5P treatment for mRNA extraction, library preparation, and sequencing, to investigate how Xu5P treatment affects gene expression in CD8+ T cells in tumors.
