PapayaNetBase

PapayaNetBase is a repository of genomics and genetics information for Carica papaya cultivar Eksotika. PapayaNetBase integrates the Eksotika, Sekaki and other papaya genome information (i.e. genes, proteins, metabolites, pathways, SNPs and SSRs) that were generated and annotated using next generation sequencing technology and bioinformatics approaches. PapayaNetBase aims to provide a valuable resource the papaya research community by enabling molecular biologist, geneticist and breeder to mine and export the genomics and genetics information of Carica papaya for the application in the papaya breeding programme, towards the improvement of agronomically traits in papaya varieties.
