Supporting data for "Investigating the Effect of Preoperative Sleep Disturbance on Perioperative Neurocognitive Disorders in Mice"

The Dataset supporting for my thesis "Investigating the Effect of Preoperative Sleep Disturbance on Perioperative Neurocognitive Disorders in Mice". The files include "Behavioral Tests" for vedio and analysis files for animal behavioral tests, "Confocal Imaging" for GFAP staining of astrocytes and DAPI staining for nucleus, "qPCR" for quantitative transcriptional expression of cytokines and circadian genes, and "Western Blot" for translational expression of Egr1. As for the subfiles, "24-hour SD" stands for "the project of 24-hour preoperative sleep deprivation", "72-hour SD" stands for "the project of 72-hour preoperative sleep deprivation", and "Egr1" stands for "the project of effect of sevoflurane on circadian genes (Egr1)".
