ADCdb

ADCdb, a database focusing on providing ADC information (especially its pharma-information and biological activities) from multiple perspectives was novelly developed. Particularly, a total of 6,572 ADCs (359 approved by FDA or in clinical trial pipeline, 501 in preclinical test, 816 with in-vivo testing data, 1,868 with cell line/target testing data, 3,025 without in-vivo/cell line/target testing data) together with their explicit pharma-information was collected and provided.ADCdb是一款全新开发的数据库，旨在从多维度提供抗体偶联药物（Antibody-Drug Conjugate, ADC）相关信息，尤其侧重于其药物学信息与生物学活性数据。本数据库共收录并公开了6572款抗体偶联药物及其详尽的药物学信息，其中包括359款已获FDA批准或处于临床试验管线中的ADC、501款处于临床前研究阶段的ADC、816款具备体内试验数据的ADC、1868款具备细胞系/靶点试验数据的ADC，以及3025款暂无非体内、细胞系及靶点试验数据的ADC。
