This FAIRsharing record describes: The Level-1 and Atmosphere Archive & Distribution System (LAADS) Distributed Active Archive Center (DAAC) at the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) is one of the data centers that primarily serves atmosphere data and derived data products. Scientists use these datasets to study Earth's atmosphere, which is one of the three primordial elements that sustain all life-support systems in our biosphere. The LAADS DAAC is one of the Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS) Distributed Active Archive Centers (DAACs) that archive and distribute earth science data, managed by NASA's Earth Science Data and Information System Project (ESDIS), as part of the Earth Science Data Systems (ESDS) Program.
