Hawaii statewide drought frequency maps based on the Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) maps for each decade from 1920-2012 (last decade includes 2000-2012) for all 10 SPI periods. For each decade, sum the number of months with SPI < 0, SPI < -1, SPI < -1.5, and SPI < -2 and divide by the total number of months to create "frequency" grids statewide based on these four thresholds. Values range from 0 to 1. Outputs are raster grid files (GeoTIFF format).
