This article examines the theoretical and practical foundations of implementing digital ethics principles in the educational process under conditions of digital transformation. The widespread use of digital technologies, distance learning systems, and artificial intelligence tools in higher education institutions has increased the importance of information security, academic integrity, personal data protection, and the development of digital culture. The study systematizes digital ethics indicators and proposes an analytical platform model designed to monitor and evaluate these indicators. The proposed model contributes to improving the efficiency of monitoring, analyzing ethical indicators, and supporting managerial decision-making in the educational process.
