To establish the regulatory roles of MEE45 in ovule development and seed size control, we identified the regulated genes whose transcriptional activities are associated with relative abundance of MEE45 transcripts by transcriptomic analysis. Up-regulated genes in mee45-1 were mainly responded to auxin .
