Diese Arbeit „Die Bedeutung von Biographie in der Integrativen Supervision“ ist eine Theorie-Praxis verschränkte Annäherung an supervisionsrelevante Schnittflächen zwischen Biographie, Neurowissenschaft und Integrativer Supervision. Anhand der Beschreibung eines dyadischen Supervisionsprozesses werden Ausschnitte sowohl aus neurobiologischen Erklärungsmodellen zum autobiographischen Gedächtnis, als auch aus Kernkonzepten und Grundannahmen der Integrativen Theorie zu biographisch verorteten Abspeicherungsprozessen herangezogen, um durch Verknüpfung einen Beitrag zur Mehrperspektivität im supervisorischen Prozess zu leisten. Durch die Beschreibung und Konnektierung des praxeologischen und des theoretischen Approaches entsteht ein vielfacettiges Bild und eine Interpretationsfolie zur „Bedeutung von Biographie in der Integrativen Supervision“. This paper „The Relevance of Biography in Integrative Supervision“ is a theoretical and practical approach to supervision relevant interfaces between biography, neuroscience and Integrative Supervision. With reference to the dyadic supervision process described here, extracts from neurobiological explanatory models of the autobiographic memory and core concepts as well as underlying assumptions of integrative theory of biographically located memorising processes are drawn upon.
