Deidentified wearable monitoring data for cytokine release syndrome detection in multiple myeloma patients receiving CAR-T therapy

This record contains deidentified processed wearable-device data underlying a prospective single-center observational pilot study of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) detection in patients with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma receiving BCMA-directed CAR-T therapy. The dataset includes wearable-derived physiologic measurements collected longitudinally during treatment and monitoring, and was used to evaluate the feasibility of wearable-based early CRS detection relative to standard clinical assessment. The associated study enrolled patients treated with idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel) or ciltacabtagene autoleucel (cilta-cel). This uploaded file contains the processed wearable data used for analysis and public sharing; it does not include protected health information. Related proteomics data were deposited separately in PRIDE-AP.
