Nucleotide diversity per site across the genome

The per-site value of nucleotide diversity (along with information about the site-type) across the genome is given for each of the 4 species - <em>P. tetraurelia</em>, <em>P. biaurelia</em>, <em>P. sexaurelia</em> and <em>P. caudatum</em>. <br> These files were used to perform analyses in the manuscript - "<strong>A population-genetic lens into the process of gene loss following whole-genome duplication"</strong>.
