To comprehensively profile sRNAs in Magnaporthe oryzae, we generated knockout mutants of a canonical RNAi components, MoDCL1 and MoDCL2 and a non-canonical RNAi component, MoERI-1. sRNA samples isolated from the mycelia of KJ201 (WT), modcl1, modcl2, modcl1/2, and moeri-1, subjected to cDNA libraries construction, and seqeunced by Hiseq2500. For further investigation of the phenotypes of moeri-1, additional sRNA sequencing and mRNA sequencing were performed with RNA samples of the WT and moeri-1 during conidiation stage.
