We used ocean-bottom seismometer (OBS) waveform data from the South China Sea, merged with the global earthquake catalogs from the Incorporated Research Institutions for Seismology (IRIS) for 2017 and 2023, in this study. The results are presented in the manuscript “Seismicity distribution reveals inhomogeneous lithospheric rheology in the Southwest Sub-basin of the South China Sea,” which has been submitted to Seismological Research Letters.
