ASMlncRNA houses thousands of S. mansoni lncRNAs predicted to be functional along the course of parasite development. It provides co-expression analysis of lncRNAs and PC genes along the across five parasite life-cycle stages. It also contains analyses of long non-coding RNAs in single-cell RNA-seq analyses that are conspicuously expressed in Schistosoma mansoni gamete and tegument progenitor cell populations.ASMlncRNA 数据库收录了数千条经预测可在曼氏血吸虫（Schistosoma mansoni，简称S. mansoni）发育全过程中发挥功能的长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，简称lncRNA）。该数据库提供了覆盖5个寄生虫生命周期阶段的长链非编码RNA与蛋白编码基因（protein coding gene，简称PC基因）共表达分析数据。此外，其还包含单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA-seq）分析中的长链非编码RNA相关分析内容，这类RNA在曼氏血吸虫配子及体被祖细胞群中显著高表达。
