Whole genome sequencing of Mycobacterium pseudoshottsii NJB1907-Z4

To identify the Mycobacterial isolate NJB1907-Z4 obtaiend from the liver of the reared fish, we conducted analyses of whole genome sequencing data from the isolate.为鉴定从养殖鱼类肝脏中分离得到的分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium）分离株NJB1907-Z4，我们对该分离株的全基因组测序（whole genome sequencing）数据进行了分析。
