The purpose of this study was to on one hand perform whole genome comparative transcriptional analysis in V. cholerae during treatment with Mitomycin C. This enables us to identify transcripts down/upregulated during SOS induction. On the other hand, growth of V.cholerae in 7 different conditions allowed for detection of the full complement of TSSs and ncRNAs in this relevant model.
