ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT IN ENTERPRISES

This article examines the economic efficiency of human resource management in enterprises under modern market conditions. Effective personnel management is considered one of the key factors influencing organizational productivity, profitability, and competitiveness. The study analyzes the main components of human resource management, including recruitment, training, motivation, performance evaluation, and labor organization. Particular attention is paid to the relationship between human capital development and enterprise efficiency. The article also explores modern approaches such as strategic HR management, digital HR technologies, and performance-based incentive systems. Based on the analysis, recommendations are proposed to improve the efficiency of personnel management and enhance the overall economic performance of enterprises.
