资源简介:
One of the most prevalent malignant tumor in women was cervical cancer. However, chemoradiotherapy had many side effects and drug resistance. High-quality biomaterials for tumor therapy should have the characteristics of killing and inhibiting tumor growth and light toxic side effects. Magnesium alloy had been widely concerned as a biological bone implant material, and magnesium showed considerable promise in the anti-tumor field as well. The primary breakdown products of composite scaffolds made of magnesium alloy were magnesium ions, hydroxides and hydrogen, which can increase apoptosis and suppress growth in cervical cancer by increasing the accumulation of oxidative free radicals and increasing tumor extracellular pH. In this study, we prepared magnesium alloy/mineralized collagen scaffolds and tested their performance, and vitro and vivo experiments were conducted to study the anti-tumor action mechanisms of magnesium alloy/mineralized collagen inhibits invasion and metastasis, which provided experimental basis for the development of degradable anti-tumor adjuvant therapeutic materials.
