Sequence alignment file phylogenetic analysis in Pageetal2023_Differential thermal tolerances in geographically distinct lineages of a dominant reef building alga

Representative coralline <em>rbc</em>L sequences of all described species of the genus <em>Porolithon</em> were downloaded from GenBank (Supplementary Table S1 Page et al., 2023<strong> </strong>Differential thermal tolerances in geographically distinct lineages of a dominant reef building alga) and phylogenetic trees were constructed using <em>Adeylithon bosencei </em>and <em>Hydrolithon </em>sp. as outgroups. Sequences were edited and aligned using Clustal W and manually corrected using MEGA7.
