family-offspring data for D. melganoster and D. simulans

Three populations were sequenced: the West African D. melanogaster, the European D. melanogaster and the European D. simulans. There are six families in each population and seven samples(two parents and five male offspring) in each population. The study aims to detect the de novo single nucleotide mutations in each family and estimate the mutation rate for each population.
